2020 Honda Fit Trim Level Comparison
Vehicle Overview
The Honda Fit ventured into new territory with the launch of its fourth generation in 2020. For two decades, this subcompact car has been preferred by drivers who expect their vehicle to deliver excellent performance while providing them with modern amenities. The 2020 Honda Fit stands up to meet drivers’ expectations in these areas while also showing off fresh styling. While the refreshed Honda Fit is easy to fall in love with, you cannot drive home in your next car until you decide which of the four trims is a good fit for you.

LX Trim – 2020 Honda Fit
The 2020 Fit is a sporty alternative to the typical hatchback. With a deep angle down its nose and side contours that fade upward as they trend toward the rear, the Fit expresses its agility and athleticism visually. Under the hood, it has the equipment and capabilities to support its appearance. The Fit LX is powered by an I-4 gas engine linked to a six-speed manual transmission, and it receives 130 horsepower from this pairing. An optional continuously variable transmission is available.

Your experience behind the wheel of the LX will be enhanced by equipment like rear drum brakes, ventilated front disc brakes, a torsion beam rear suspension, a front stabilizer bar, rack-and-pinion powered steering, engine immobilization with direct ignition, a front MacPherson strut, eco coaching, hill start assist, eco assist and other equipment. On the exterior, the Fit LX has 15-inch wheels with full covers, LED brake lights, a rear spoiler, body-colored door handles, automatic on-off halogen headlights with multi-reflection capabilities, powered side mirrors, remote entry with a security system and others.

The LX trim for 2020 is well-appointed throughout its interior. Its features include a USB port, speed-based volume adjustment for the standard sound system, Bluetooth hands-free technologies, a 5-inch display screen for the media features, air filtration for the AC system, programmable power door locks, powered windows with automatic up-down, cruise control, single-touch turn indicators, 12-volt power outlets, illuminated controls on the steering wheel, a split-folding design on the second row with Magic Seat, manual adjustments for the front seats and a few other features. The Fit LX and Sport are also outfitted with excellent passive and active safety features, including airbags, daytime running lights, a multi-angle rearview camera, traction control and others.

Sport Trim – Honda Fit in Centennial CO
The Honda Fit Sport’s powertrain and transmission are identical to those in the LX trim, so the majority of its additional standard features are found throughout the exterior and interior. The exterior adds a few upgrades, such as 16-inch alloy wheels with a black finish, chrome exhaust finishers, underbody spoilers on the sides, an orange rear diffuser and foglamps. Inside, you will find SiriusXM satellite radio, hands-free communication, a 7-inch customizable display screen with touch functions, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Pandora, HondaLink, an audio system with six speakers, dynamic guidelines for the rearview camera, USB ports in the front and console and leather covers on the shifting knob and steering wheel.
EX Trim – Honda Fit
While the Honda Fit EX and EX-L trims have the same powertrain as you will find in the lower trim levels, this powertrain is paired with a continuously variable transmission featuring a sport mode and dual-mode paddle shifters. From this equipment, the Fit EX and EX-L trims receive 128 horsepower. The EX and EX-L trims also come with an Econ button that improves fuel efficiency. On the exterior, the Honda Fit EX shows off 16-inch alloy wheels with a machined finish and black inserts, variable intermittent wipers, Walk-Away automatic locking with smart entry and a tilting and powered moonroof with single-touch functionality. Interior features that are introduced on the Fit EX include a push-button starter, sliding visors, tie-down anchors in the cargo area and floor mats. The EX and EX-L trims for the 2020 model year add Honda Sensing safety features in their list of standard specs. Honda Sensing tech includes Honda LaneWatch, adaptive cruise control, lane keeping assistance, a lane departure warning, a forward collision warning and other equipment.
EX-L Trim – Honda Fit
The 2020 Honda Fit EX-L’s performance is identical to the experience the EX provides behind the wheel. However, this top-of-the-line Fit trim does carry a few upgrades as standard features. These include integrated turning signals in the powered and heated side mirrors, heated front seats and leather material.
