The 2022 Honda Civic Sedan

Under the hood there are two engine options for the 2022 Civic. The LX and Sport trims will get a naturally-aspirated 2.0-liter 4-cylinder, with 158 horsepower and 138 lb-ft of torque. It’s paired with an updated CVT, resulting in more refinement and economy.

There’s a 1.4-inch longer wheelbase for a smoother ride. In the back, the track was bumped half an inch wider than its predecessors providing for more stability.

The interior features cleaner, more sophisticated lines and a dashboard strip of honeycomb-patterned mesh designed to cleverly hide the air vents. A 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system centers the vehicle. It’s capable of playing nicely with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, while a 12-speaker Bose sound system and wireless charging are additionally available. Hard buttons line up in a row under the screen to offer shortcuts to phone, media, radio, audio, and more.
