I just bought a 2026 Honda Civic Hybrid from Holman Today. Sales rep Deshawn did a nice job. Unfortunately I trusted Ralph the credit manager and sold me an extended warranty for $3,260, $1,700 over the average going rate. Very dishonest! Extremely Dissatisfied and will report to BBB.
We were told that because we ordered before 1pm, our new transmission would be here by Saturday. They are closed over the weekend and on Monday, so they would not start working on it until Tuesday. They do not care about you as a customer and will scam you every chance they get. I would highly encourage you to buy a Honda at a different dealership.

I worked with Nikki Batista throughout the entire process. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive to the plethora of questions my wife and I had about all of our options. Any time I reached out to her with questions, she was quick to respond. Nikki made my family feel welcomed and my daughter enjoyed the markers and coloring books that she provided. She has a great personality and was incredibly easy to work with. We truly enjoyed our experience with her!
Decent time buying the car, however we bought the service plan and we were outright lied to about it. We were from out of town and they assured us our local Honda dealer would take the service plan, not true. When I called Holman they were completely unhelpful about the issue.

Disastrous handling of a safety recall. I received a Honda safety recall letter January 2024, booked the service with Kuni/Holman Honda Service center February 14, 2024. Morning of service date, service department called to notify parts were out of stock. Parts were ordered and I would get a call back end of March to reschedule. No call back. I've owned Hondas for a good 30+ years. This service department has keep my cars running like new! They don't push to find something wrong; very trustworthy. At some seasonal 'time' changes, I even drop by to have them change my clock back or forth. Always assist me with a smile. The top place in town. They don't change personnel constantly which is a plus. A+ rating in my book!

Would avoid this dealership. Really. They messed up the payment and then later called and demanded that we drive across town to fix their problem. They lied about insurance for the windshield of our Honda, saying that normal insurance would not cover a damaged windshield. The sale was in cash but they made us wait for hours to finish the process. I purchased a 2018 Honda CRV at a HONDA dealer in Florida and then moved to Colorado a few years later. I purchased the extended warranty at that same dealer. Kellan is so professional and courteous in handling the customers' needs. The overall appearance of the showroom and service area is most impressive. Chris Baca, Scott King, and Ralph Benfanti are an amazing team and they are well led by Larry Shriver! They went above and beyond helping my daughter to lease her very first car, a 2022 Honda HR-V. They were efficient, patient, and knowledgable at every step of the way. They didn't try to gouge her over MSRP in a time of tight supply. I highly recommend them.
They took care of me when I bought my car there last year and they took care of me and my car when I came back for it's scheduled maintenance. Before I left the dealership, Kellan made sure I understood what had been done on the car and if there were any additional recommendations at the moment or in the near future. Customer service is top notch and the video of the inspection is so reassuring.

No appointment on a Saturday late afternoon - pulled in and was back on the road in 45 minutes! They just happened to have the time between scheduled appointments and they removed a nail from my tire, checked pressure on all 4 and I was on my way. Love this dealership!

I would not recommend this dealership to any perspective vehicle buyer. They would pressure you into buying an inflated maintenance agreement. We confronted them about it and they quickly reduced their agreement by $2400. Why charge an inflated amount in the first place? They did not tell us the breakdown of what these agreements would cover. We decided we would cancel the agreement and now they tell us that $781 was non-refundable. Good experience, little hassle, smooth process. We had identified a specific vehicle online before coming in for a test drive. After some discussion with Tyson (salesperson) and Chris (sales manager), we came to an agreement that met our needs and finished the process with Ralph in finance. Do not buy from this dealership. They failed to explain all warranty exclusions when my daughter, a first time buyer, bought her upgraded Honda CRV 2022 on black Friday 2021. For no reason at all whatsoever her windshield cracked. Apparently, it has "Nano Cure" technology that senses when the driver needs to break. When she was sold the warranties they failed to tell her that a new replacement windshield would cost over 1400 bucks. I had three sales guys contact me then another the next day after I bought my car. Didn’t like the long wait for financing and the constant sell for Gap and service agreements. Not sure why the car only had 1/4 tank of gas when I finally left. Really, Kuni can’t afford to give its customers a full tank of gas.
